How do I cancel a strategy subscription?

The Collective2 subscribe and unsubscribe features are self-service. That means you must unsubscribe yourself if you choose to do so. This actually helps protect your account security. Here's how:

 

The quickest way to unsubscribe from a single strategy -

  1. Log into C2.
  2. Click Unsubscribe menu from top.

 

 

To unsubscribe from more than one strategy at a time -

  1. Log in to C2.
  2. Click your name in the upper right corner and select Subscriptions and Plans.
  3. Click the Unsubscribe button next to the appropriate systems. You will be asked to confirm when cancellation will take place: either when your term lapses or immediately.
