The C2 iPhone / Android app was released as a very small-scale beta test in 2015, and is no longer officially supported, although I think it is still downloadable in several app stores.
While we don't have an official app, our site is generally responsive on mobile devices (landscape view is better).
We plan to release better smartphone apps sometime in the future, but we don't have an official release date at this time.
