Because we are a US based company and most of the traders on the platform are US based, we don't support over-the-counter, off-exchange forex trading of Gold or Silver.
So: We don't support XAUUSD and XAGUSD because the USA does not allow them to be traded by US people or US brokers.
If you want to trade gold and silver, please consider using the gold and silver futures contracts (see collective2.com/symbols).
e.g. Please use a Gold futures contract such as QGC.
This is allowed in USA, and all USA traders can follow your trades with this instrument.
